Paris Sakas - Founder/President

Besides growing up with family rentals and 15 years (8 years at Windermere) managing a large, diverse portfolio of properties...


Paris passionately leads her team of professional property management experts with vast corporate experience as an operations and sales executive, service business owner, certified project/contract manager, business analyst and consultant specializing in turnarounds, startups and growth initiatives to effectively guide our clients to rental success. 

We take our commitment to our customers very seriously and treat every property just like it is our own! Sit back and enjoy being a landlord. We've got this.

John Sakas - Co-Founder/VP & Chief Operating Officer

John brings over 35 years of experience managing business and technology, starting in residential and commercial lending, continuing in the insurance industry, to most recently in a senior operations position with a leading global provider of comprehensive IT solutions.


John heads our leasing department, working with owners and applicants to fill vacancies quickly and professionally, thoroughly vetting applicants while still making the process enjoyable for all parties involved. He also works behind the scenes providing the leadership and management experience necessary to ensure the company has the proper operational and administrative controls in place to effectively run company operations.  He believes strong business processes coupled with technology lead to real solutions. 


John's mantra: "It would be the right thing to do".

Mark Oppfelt - Designated Broker

Mark was the obvious choice to serve as our designated broker, having 15 years of diverse real estate experience from flipping homes, land development, and residential sales to 6 years as the designated broker for a prominent Bellevue property management firm.  He has first hand knowledge of how to remodel a kitchen, build a new home, manage a rental and even purchase distressed properties.  


Prior to real estate, Mark developed a highly successful career in technology sales, holding positions in executive sales leadership, business development and project management.


Mark has proven a valuable resource to our agents in serving their clients, allowing Paris to focus on building a progressive, client focused firm that serves and empowers our brokers to succeed.

Sarah Devine / Operations Manager

Sarah and her team manages all our service requests, maintenance, HOA relations, utilities,, etc. They work closely with the property managers to provide our tenants and owners the best possible service. In the face of national labor and material shortages, she leads our proactive sourcing of competent vendor resources and driving timely maintenance responses, allowing us to outperform industry standards.  She strives to help solve whatever problems arise, as quickly, economically and with as little tenant inconvenience as possible. 


Sarah holds a managing brokers license and brings 16 years of property management portfolio and administrative experience, along with an extraordinary dedication to continued education, especially in the realm of landlord tenant law. Moreover, she is a joy to work with!

Misti Colcleaser / APM Help Bookkeeping

APM Help Bookkeeping handles all our daily accounting and reporting functions. They are the nationwide industry experts on Appfolio accounting and processes. Our assigned bookkeeping manager, Misti and her team are key members of our administrative and executive staff, backed up by the expertise and support of nearly 100 APM specialists. She has over a decade of experience, is smart, creative, responsive and highly customer service oriented...helping PGNW to better serve our owners, tenants, vendors and property managers.   

Please direct all accounting questions to your property manager. They are the most knowledgeable on all aspects of your rental  property, including financial transactions.
